The idea is post-modern and futuristic, Galaxy far Away, and vaguely militaristic, but not in the super-rigid imperial homogeny, more like the rag-tag volunteer militia pragmatism. Notable departures from that are with color, mostly for optical unity.

• SHOES:
  • Black or Brown. Natural tones are best
  • Hardy, not flashy
  • COMFY. This is a parade, stamina is measurable in MILES.
• PANTS:
  • Yes, pants.
  • I can’t tell you a mini-skirt is fundamentally not a pragmatic choice, but…
  • The goal is to wear more or less the same outfit to every gig. It should be “all-weather”
  • RED in color. If you have to ask, find something more red.
    • Distressed or rusty is ok
    • Camo is not.
  • Pockets? heck yah, carry your stuff!
• TOP:
  • Blue coat.
    • Tactical, military, future-punk.
    • Blue should be no lighter than “Royal” and no darker than “Navy”
    • Accents should be minimal, black, or red, or gold.
    • RFB patch on Left sleeve
    • Rebel Alliance patch on Right sleeve
    • Officer insignia at collar if applicable
  • Shirt / vest
    • Natural tones, with gold accents as the exception
    • Consider the weather, keep yourself from suffering.
  • Belt
    • Match the shoes, we aren’t monsters.
• HAT:
  • Still thinking on this. Ask yourself, would you be likely to see it on a star wars cast member?
• Accents:
  • Tacti-cool
  • Blacks, Golds, or illuminated in white, blue or red.
  • Chewie style bandoliers? Awesome.
  • Should not interfere with playing/marching.
  • Subject to the hat test.
